Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Chester & Co. box and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
